In his role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Stuart J. Straus brings over 30 years of consumer products experience in customer development, marketing, branding, and general management both domestically and internationally. Stuart possesses a strong commercial focus providing strategic direction to build long term company growth and expertise in working with customers to co-create brands and programs to drive mutual growth. He has led several companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and expansion modes giving him a strong sense of urgency to drive fast growth and success for customers and for Compass Health.
Prior to joining Compass Health, Stuart was the CEO of Sun & Skin Care Research, a leading manufacturer of sun care and consumer products including such brands as BullFrog and NO-AD. Under his guidance, the company grew their major brands, increased market share, and became the fastest growing manufacturer in the sun care category leading to a sale to a multi-national manufacturer. Prior to Sun & Skin, Stuart was CEO of Personal Care Products, the leading US provider of value health/beauty and household products. While there, he drove the creation of new brands and forged new relationships with strategic customers including Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, & Kroger.
Earlier in his career, Stuart worked in senior management roles for Helene Curtis/Unilever and Andrew Jergens/Kao Brands, and began his career with L'Oreal. In addition to his executive roles, Stuart founded The Beautology Brands Company. Beautology created hair care brands and partnered with major drug chains to create exclusive premium beauty offerings.
Stuart graduated from University of Florida with a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance. He enjoys spending free time with his wife, Roberta, and his two adult children, Matt and Lindsay.
Henry Lin has a strong reputation and extensive international experience in sourcing and supply chain management. He manages key collaborative relationships with national OEM accounts and international accounts, offering full scale sourcing capabilities and clear margin benefits.
Prior to Roscoe Medical, Henry started from the ground up at American Bantex in 1996, and worked his way to become the President of American Bantex in 2004. In 2007, American Bantex was acquired by Roscoe Medical.
Henry is a big sports fan and enjoys playing golf and tennis. He has captained many teams that have advanced to state and national competitions in USTA league play. He attended the University of California, Berkeley.
Ryan brings 20-plus years of experience selling into various healthcare channels. He started his career as a practicing physical therapist at St. Louis University Hospital, where he acquired a unique perspective of patient care from the provider's point of view. Later, Ryan joined Johnson and Johnson, and began his sales career working in their medical device division. Thereafter, he joined several other healthcare organizations in various sales leadership capacities where he gained a diverse range of experience with both start-up companies and large complex organizations.
Prior to joining Roscoe Medical, Ryan served as the Vice President of Sales for Current Solutions, Inc., a leading manufacturing of pain management products, where he was instrumental in leading strategic growth through business development and product innovations. In February of 2012, the company was acquired by Roscoe Medical, a division of Compass Health Brands, and Ryan was appointed to Vice President of Sales for the Professional Division.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition, he holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Ryan is based out of the Compass Health Brands office in St Louis. Ryan and his wife have six children and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Tony brings 20+ years of consumer-packaged-goods sales experience across all major retail channels, including food, drug, mass and club. He has been a senior-level sales executive at US Nutrition, a $3.2 billion manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of top-selling brands, including Nature's Bounty, Osteo-BiFlex, Sundown, and Pure Protein.
Previously, as a top sales executive at Schiff Nutrition, a leading manufacturer of premium vitamins and supplements, he helped grow the business to almost $200+ million. He was also responsible for developing and executing the national sales plan that included the launch of Schiff Mega Red, which became the #1 selling brand in its category. Prior to Schiff, Tony spent ten highly successful years in various sales and sales leadership roles with The Gillette Company, the global leader in male and female shaving products.
Tony holds a B.S.B.A. in Economics from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
Greg Zenko Vice President of Sales, Professional HME
As Vice President of Sales - Professional Home Medical Equipment, Greg is responsible for leading the strategy and development in to the Home Medical Equipment market, OEM and Distributor Channels for both the domestic and global markets.
Greg brings more than 20 years' experience in the medical device industry, including capital medical equipment. He thrives in dynamic business environments often leading, developing and transforming his divisions into high performance organizations.
Prior to Compass Health, Greg was with Linet Americas as Vice President of Commercial Operations and Business Development. It was there he successfully transformed the company from the formative start-up phase to the normative growth stage resulting in significant growth in sales and EBITDA improvement. Earlier in his career, Greg worked for such brands as ScottCare, Inc., Hill-Rom, Inc. and Mediq, Inc. Through out his career, Greg has successfully built and developed strong teams that work together to deliver results.
Greg holds a BA in Business Administration from Wittenberg University. Greg enjoys spending time with his family and his boats out on the open water.
