   Fax your purchase orders to 440-572-4261. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Please be sure to provide:
   • Account number
   • Billing and shipping address
   • Purchase order number, if applicable
   • Your name and telephone number
   • Product number/description
   • Unit of measure and quantity ordered
   • Promo Code (if applicable)
     
     
3. Shop Online:

With your online Compass Health Brands Account, you can save time with 24/7 availability, easy ordering options and quick access to information. Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to browse our catalog, check your specific pricing, place orders, check order status and view your purchase history. Click here to register for an online account. Minimum Order Quantity: All orders placed with Compass Health Brands must reach a minimum level of $50.00 in product (before taxes and shipping charges).

   Apply for a Compass Health Brands Professional account by downloading and completing our credit application. We also offer convenient payment terms.

   To assist us in your request for credit, please thoroughly complete this application, sign where indicated, and provide ALL information. Fax your completed application to 440-572-4261.

2. Credit Cards
   For your convenience, Compass Health Brands accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
   
   
3. Other Payment Options
   Compass Health Brands can ship your order C.O.D. We accept a company check, bank check or money order. Appropriate C.O.D. charges apply.
